For parents and guardians
If you believe a minor in your care has obtained an account through us, contact us and we will close it promptly.
We recommend using the parental controls on your child’s device to restrict age-inappropriate apps and websites. On Android, they are in the Google Play Store under Settings, Family, Parental controls. On iPhone and iPad, they are in Settings under Screen Time.
Consequences of an age violation
- The account is suspended immediately
- The account is permanently closed
- We may report the matter to the appropriate authorities where the law requires it
