You sign in to Golden Dragon through the PlayGD Mobi lobby, using details issued by your agent. The steps are the same on every device, with small differences in the browser.
Before you start
You need an account. Golden Dragon has no open sign-up form, so accounts come from agents. If you do not have one, see the account guide or message us.
On iPhone or iPad
- Open Safari and go to the portal address your agent gave you.
- Turn the device to landscape.
- Enter your sign-in details and sign in.
On Android
- Open Chrome and go to the portal address.
- Turn the phone to landscape.
- Enter your sign-in details and sign in.
On a computer
- Open any modern browser and go to the portal address.
- Enter your sign-in details and sign in.
Forgot your password
Only the agent who issued your account can reset it. Message them with your account name. We reset details for accounts we issued, and we will never ask you for your current password.
Quick fixes
- Check the address. Your account only works on the real portal.
- Type your details by hand and check caps lock.
- Use a normal browser window, not a private one.
- Try another browser or device.
