How to Play Golden Dragon Fish Games
A plain guide to Golden Dragon fish games on PlayGD Mobi, covering aiming, bet levels, target values and what decides whether a shot pays.
Every fish game on Golden Dragon uses the same core rules. Learn them once in Kung Fu Meow and you can play the rest.
The basic loop
- Open a fish game from the lobby and take a seat.
- Set your bet level. This is the cost of one shot.
- Aim your cannon at a target and fire.
- If the target is caught, you are paid its value multiplied by your bet.
Shots that miss, or that hit a target without catching it, still cost credits.
Understanding targets
Targets fall into rough tiers. Small fish are caught often and pay a small multiple. Mid-size creatures take several hits. Boss targets appear occasionally and pay the most, but they can absorb a lot of shots and may leave the screen before they are caught.
The current values are listed in each game’s help screen. Read it before you play a new title.
Choosing a bet level
Your bet level sets both your cost and your payout per catch. A higher bet does not make a target easier to catch. Start low, see how quickly your balance moves, and only raise the bet when you are comfortable with that pace.
What decides a catch
Each hit has a chance of catching the target, and that chance is set by the game. Aiming well means your shots land on the target you chose; it does not change the odds once they land. Be wary of anyone selling a “guaranteed” method.

Frequently asked questions
Are Golden Dragon fish games skill or luck?
Both. You choose where to aim and how much each shot costs, but the game decides whether a hit catches the target. No aiming method guarantees a payout.
Do I need to download an app to play?
Not necessarily. The games open in a web browser through the PlayGD Mobi lobby on a phone, tablet or computer. Some agents also offer an app.
Which fish game should a beginner start with?
Golden Legend Plus or Kung Fu Meow. Both use the standard fish game controls, so what you learn carries over to the others.
